Shipping and Postage

Within Australia

We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $100 so this included our large canvases. Other shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $7.

We use Australia Post for all postage within Australia. I wrap all the artwork personally in layers of paper, bubble wrap and board to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

With regard to our prints on paper, I try to ship these within 3 working days; However, depending on our current travel situation (who knows where we may be) please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be shipped. But I will be in contact if there is any hold up with shipping.

With regard to our canvases, we have our printing elves print these on demand just because we don’t have enough storage space on the bus for them all. So please allow up to 2 weeks for your canvas artwork to be shipped.

Outside Australia/International

Please contact us with details of the artwork you are interested in and an address. We will then get back to you with a quote for the shipping using an appropriate freight company.

Forms of Payment Accepted

Well we like cash ;-) LOL but that’s not easy to do on the internet.

So the easiest and safest method for payment is via our secure shopping cart where we operate with PayPal. This way you can use Visa or; mastercard or; paypal – it’s all automatic, secure and easy.

If you prefer to do cheque or direct deposit, you will need to contact us with the details of the painting you are interested in and please leave a phone number for us to call you on.

How to Purchase

Well that’s the easy part.

Find the piece of artwork you like. Choose the size you prefer.

Click on the “add to cart” button and your chosen art piece will be added to your shopping cart.

Then click the “view cart” button and double check it is what you wanted. Then click “proceed to checkout” and fill in the form as necessary.

You will need to provide credit card details or pay with paypal. Once the transaction is complete you will receive an invoice via email.

As per legal requirements you can read our full Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy on the respective pages. It’s full of insomnia curing, yawn inducing legal jargon however it is important.

To sum it up, we care about your experience with us and want you to return again and again; and tell your friends fabulous things about us (please do ;-) so we promise to do our best!

We take online privacy seriously and promise not to give/sell your email or personal details to anyone that does not need it to fulfil your order or make your online interaction possible.
